| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá environmentální politikou komerčních bank. Cílem této práce je analyzovat environmentální politiku Komerční banky, a. s. v kontextu globálních environmentálních opatření. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny mezinárodní regulace a doporučení v rámci udržitelného rozvoje, vysvětlení pojmu zelené finance a možnosti zelených produktů a služeb pro retailové bankovnictví. Praktická část je zaměřena na případovou studii Komerční banky, a. s. V této části jsou vysvětleny postupy, kterými Komerční banka, a. s. snižuje svou uhlíkovou stopu a cílí na uhlíkovou neutralitu. Práce obsahuje také průzkum formou dotazníku, který zjišťuje přístup českých spotřebitelů k udržitelnosti bank. Na základě zjištění z teoretické a praktické části vyplývá, že Komerční banka, a. s. splňuje své udržitelné cíle a snaží se upozornit veřejnost na klimatickou krizi. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the environmental policy of commercial banks. The aim of this work is to analyze the environmental policy of Komerční banka, a. s. in the context of global environmental measures. The theoretical part includes international regulations and recommendations in the framework of sustainable development, an explanation of the concept of green finance and the possibilities of green products and services for retail banking. The practical part is focused on the case study of Komerční banka, a. s. This part explains the procedures by which Komerční banka, a. s. reduces its carbon footprint and aims for carbon neutrality. The thesis also contains a survey in the form of a questionnaire, which ascertains the approach of Czech consumers to the sustainability of banks. Based on the findings from the theoretical and practical part, it follows that Komerční banka fulfills its sustainable goals and tries to draw the public's attention to the climate crisis. |
