| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním historického vývoje Švédského důchodového systému včetně analýzy jeho finanční udržitelnosti a porovnání se systémy penzijního zabezpečení v jiných státech. Po stručném úvodu do problematiky sociálního zabezpečení následuje teoretická část práce, kde jsou vysvětleny základní funkce, nástroje a typy důchodových systémů a zároveň popsaná důchodová historie Švédska včetně hlavních strukturálních rozdílů před důchodovou reformou a po jejím zavedení. V první kapitole praktické části je provedena analýza finanční stability a udržitelnosti systému, ve druhé pak následuje komparace Švédského penzijního systému s vybranými zeměmi Evropské unie včetně národohospodářských doporučení pro Českou republiku. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty zásadní vlastnosti aktuálního důchodového systému ve Švédsku a faktory umožňující jeho úspěšné fungování. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis examines the historical development of the Swedish pension system, including an analysis of its financial sustainability and comparison with pension systems in other countries. After a brief introduction to the issue of social security, the theoretical part of the work follows, where the basic functions, instruments and types of pension systems are explained, as well as the pension history of Sweden, including the main structural differences before and after the introduction of the pension reform. In the first chapter of the practical part, an analysis of the financial stability and sustainability of the system is carried out, followed by a comparison of the Swedish pension system with selected countries of the European Union, including national economic recommendations for the Czech Republic. At the end of the thesis, the fundamental features of the current pension system in Sweden and the factors enabling its successful functioning are summarized. |
