| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zjištění, jak vypadá úspěšná transformace v automobilovém průmyslu, případně jak se firma vypořádala s výzvami transformace a pokud žádná transformace neproběhla, tak které oblasti byly pro firmy rozhodující. Tento cíl byl naplněn pomocí rešerší dostupných zdrojů a kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl prováděn formou multiple-case study designu, jenž se také považuje za formu komparativního designu. Data byla sbírána formou hloubkových polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s 12 respondenty z vybraných dodavatelských firem z automobilového odvětví. Na základě analýzy dat jsou odpovězeny čtyři výzkumné otázky zabývající se úspěšnou transformací v odvětví a faktory, které této změně brání. Na závěr je vytvořen model popisující prostředí, ve kterém se dodavatel pohybuje a které vlivy na něj nejvíce působí. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis focuses on discovery of how successful transformation in Automotive looks like, eventually how the company managed challenges of transformation. If there was no transformation, then research focuses on the main reasons for that decision. This goal was achieved by research of available literature and qualitive research, which was conducted by multiple case study design which is form of comparative design. Data was gathered by in-depth semi-structured interviews with 12 respondents from chosen automotive supplier companies. Four research questions dealing with successful transformation in industry and factors preventing this change are answered based on data analysis. Finally, the model describing environment in which supplier operates with the most important influences is created. |
