| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá požadavky mileniálů žijících v Berouně a jeho okolí na místo pro život. Pojednává o tvorbě jejich hodnot a postojů, kterými vytvářejí tlak na společenské změny, jež mimo jiné ovlivňují i místo, kde žijí. Teoretickou část práce představuje systematická literární rešerše, kde autorka zpracovává z vědeckých databází odborné studie týkající se mileniálů a bydlení. Praktická část práce je složená ze dvou kvantitativních výzkumů, socio-ekonomické analýzy města Beroun a z rozhovoru s jeho místostarostou. Ze závěrů dotazníkového šetření jsou vyvráceny a potvrzeny hypotézy, na jakých hodnotách mileniálové lpí a jsou vyzdviženy kategorie, které mají největší váhu při jejich rozhodování o výběru místa pro život. Hlavním cílem práce je zjištění hodnot, které mileniálové prioritizují při svém rozhodování o výběru místa pro bydlení. Výstupem práce je taktéž nastínění možného budování vztahu mezi mileniály a městem Beroun vycházející ze zjištěných hodnot mladých lidí a navržené doporučení směřující jak k městu, tak k mileniálům. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the requirements of millennials living in Beroun and its surroundings for a place to live. It discusses the formation of their values and attitudes, which create pressure for social changes that, among other things, affect the place where they live. The theoretical part of the thesis is a systematic literature search, where the author compiles scientific studies on millennials and housing from scientific databases. The practical part of the thesis consists of two quantitative researches, a socio-economic analysis of the municipality of Beroun and an interview with its vice-mayor. From the findings of the questionnaire survey, the hypotheses on which values millennials tend to adhere to are refuted and confirmed, and the categories that carry the most weight in their decision-making about where to live are highlighted. The main objective of the study is to find out the values that millennials prioritize in their decision making about choosing a place to live. The output of the thesis is also an outline of a possible relationship that can be established between millennials and the municipality of Beroun, based on the values of young people and proposed recommendations directed to both the municipality and millennials. |
