| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zdravotním pojištěním migrantů ze třetích zemí v České republice, kteří nemají nárok na začlenění do veřejného zdravotního pojištění. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jestli by bylo ekonomicky výhodné začlenit cizince bez trvalého pobytu do systému VZP ČR prostřednictvím výpočtů potenciálních příspěvků a nákladů s tím spojených pro rok 2020. Na začátku se práce věnuje popisu systému zdravotního pojištění, a to veřejného a komerčního, včetně jejich porovnání. Dále práce popisuje systém financování zdravotní péče se zaměřením na zdroje výdajů na zdravotnictví a metody úhrady nákladů zdravotních služeb. Na základě provedeného výzkumu lze dospět k závěru, že by bylo ekonomicky vhodné začlenit cizince ze třetích zemí do systému veřejného zdravotního pojištění České republiky, jelikož potenciální příspěvky přesahují očekávané náklady. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the health insurance of migrants from third countries in the Czech Republic, who are not entitled to be included in public health insurance. The main goal is to find out whether it would be economically beneficial to integrate foreigners without permanent residence into the VZP system in the Czech Republic by calculating the potential contributions and related costs for the year 2020. In the beginning, the work describes the health insurance system, both public and commercial ones, comparing them. Furthermore, the work also describes the healthcare financing system focusing on the sources of healthcare expenditures and methods of reimbursement of the costs of health services. In line with the carried-out research, it can be concluded that it would be economically beneficial to include foreigners from third countries in the public health insurance system of the Czech Republic, as the potential contributions exceed the expected costs. |
