| Abstract: | Předmětem zkoumání této diplomové práce jsou zkušenosti mladých lidí s mobbingem v prvním zaměstnání, což je jedno z nejzávažnějších problémů naší doby. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě vlastního výzkumu zmapovat zkušenosti čerstvých absolventů s mobbingem na pracovišti a vyhledat odpovědi na stanové výzkumné otázky. Pro splnění tohoto cíle je práce rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První z nich uvádí klíčové informace na téma mobbingu, popisuje jeho znaky, cíle, příčiny, fáze, důsledky, odvětví, kde se nejčastěji vyskytuje, ale též jiné formy patologických vztahů na pracovišti. Dále se práce zabývá profily aktéry mobbingu, tedy obětí, pachatelů a svědků. Součástí práce je sekundární analýza výskytu mobbingu ve světě a v ČR s ohledem na právní úpravu mobbingu. Po popisu možností prevence šikany na pracovišti je zpracován vlastní kvalitativní výzkum metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Jejich výsledky vystupují jako podklad pro navržení doporučení, která mají omezit negativní vliv mobbingu na mladé pracovníky. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this diploma thesis is the experiences of young people with mobbing in their first job, which is one of the most serious problems of our time. The main aim of the thesis is to map the experiences of recent graduates with mobbing in the workplace based on own research and to find answers to the research questions. To achieve this aim thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The first of them thesis provides key information on the topic of mobbing, describes its features, goals, causes, phases, consequences, the sector where it most often occurs, but also other forms of pathological relationships in the workplace. Furthermore, the work deals with profiles of mobbing actors, i.e. victims, perpetrators and witnesses. Part of the thesis is a secondary analysis of the incidence of mobbing in the world and in the Czech Republic regarding the legal regulation of mobbing. After describing the possibilities of preventing bullying in the workplace, qualitative research is carried out using the method of semi-structured interviews. Their results serve as a basis for proposing recommendations to limit the negative impact of mobbing on young workers. |
