| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá insolvenční problematikou s důrazem na předbalené reorganizace a jejich analýzu v letech 2018-2021. Jejím cílem je identifikace podnikatelských subjektů, u kterých byla ve stanoveném období zahájena předbalená reorganizace, dále jejich posouzení podle různých kritérií a vzájemné srovnání. První část práce je věnována vymezení hlavních pojmů souvisejících s danou problematikou a vychází zejména z odborné literatury a insolvenčního zákona. Vzhledem k tomu, že bylo sledované období výrazně ovlivněno pandemií COVID-19, je jedna z kapitol věnována právě jejím dopadům na podnikatele. Po teoretické části následuje praktická část, která je zaměřena na zjištění počtu předbalených reorganizací a jejich analýzu. Primárním zdrojem informací v této části je insolvenční rejstřík. Na konci je celkové shrnutí případů předbalených reorganizací vzhledem ke zkoumaným faktorům a stanovení těch nejvýznamnějších, které byly pro dané případy klíčové. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with insolvency issues with an emphasis on pre-packed insolvency and its analysis in the years 2018-2021. Its goal is the identification of business entities for which pre-packed insolvency was initiated in the specified period, as well as their assessment according to various criteria and mutual comparison. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of the main terms related to the given issue and is mainly based on specialized literature and insolvency law. Given that the observed period was significantly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the chapters is dedicated to its effects on entrepreneurs. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which is focused on determining the number of pre-packed insolvencies and their analysis. The primary source of information in this section is the insolvency register. At the end, there is a summary of the cases of pre-packed insolvencies concerning the investigated factors and the determination of the most significant ones that were key for the given cases. |
