| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje dopadu pandemie na obsazenost zájmových kroužků na příkladu lekcí street dance. Cílem a výstupem této práce je kromě zmapování přímého dopadu pandemie na taneční scénu i vytvoření přibližného návodu k nalákání studentů zpět do kurzů. Ten je sestaven na základě rozhovorů se studenty, jejich rodiči, absolventy, lektory a vedoucími studií, při kterých byly dotazovány především jejich motivace a jejich plnění, důvody k odchodu z tanečního studia, reakce studií na období pandemie a nynější marketingový plán jednotlivých tanečních studií. Návod sestává převážně ze zlepšení propagace v rámci sociálních sítí. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the impact of the pandemic on the occupancy rate of leisure clubs using the example of street dance classes. The aim and outcome of this thesis is to map the direct impact of the pandemic on the dance scene, in addition to creating an approximate guide to lure students back to classes. This is compiled from interviews with students, their parents, alumni, dance instructors and studio managers, where the main questions asked were their motivators and inspiration, reasons for leaving the dance studio, response of the studios to the pandemic period and the current marketing plan of each dance studio. The guide mainly consists of improving promotion within social media. |
