| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá účetní a daňovou problematikou sportovních klubů v České republice. První část práce je teoretická a zabývá se právními formami ve kterých fungují sportovní kluby v ČR, a zdroji příjmů, které využívají sportovní kluby k financování své činnosti. V teoretické části jsou také rozebrány účetní a daňové povinnosti, které souvisí s provozováním sportovního klubu. Ve druhé části práce je proveden empirický výzkum týkající se ziskových a neziskových sportovních klubů v ČR. Cílem tohoto výzkumu je zjistit reálný stav několika vybraných záležitostí, které se týkají sportovních klubů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to deal with accounting and tax issues of sports clubs in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and deals with the legal forms in which sports clubs operate in the Czech Republic, and the sources of income used by sports clubs to finance their activities. The theoretical part also deals with accounting and tax obligations related to the operation of a sports club. In the second part of the thesis, empirical research is conducted on profit and non-profit sports clubs in the Czech Republic. The aim of this research is to determine the real state of several selected issues that concern sports clubs. |
