| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaobírá analýzou trhu se zemědělskou půdou, strategické a finanční analýzy společnosti AGRO 21 s.r.o. Z těchto výsledků jsou následně stanoveny finanční dopady potenciálních strategií. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a na část praktickou. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem strategie a historie obchodu se zemědělskou půdou v České republice. Dále je zde vymezen nynější trh se zemědělskou půdou a faktory, které působí na tento trh. Jedná se především o dotace v zemědělství, inflaci a úrokovou sazbu. V první kapitole praktické části je představena společnost AGRO 21 s.r.o. V další kapitole je provedena strategická analýza, a to jak analýza mikrookolí, tak makrookolí. Dále je společnost zkoumána interní analýzou VRIO. Situace společnosti je dále zkoumána pomocí vybraných poměrových ukazatelů finanční analýzy a bankrotních modelů. Na základě výstupů z teoretická a praktické části budou následně stanoveny potenciální strategie a jejich finanční dopady. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the agriculture land market, with the strategic and financial analysis of the company AGRO 21 s.r.o. The financial impacts of potential strategies are then determined from these results. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on the definition of strategy, history of trade with agricultural land in the Czech Republic, the current agricultural land market and the factors affecting this market. These are mainly subsidies in agriculture, inflation, interest rate. In the first chapter of the practical part, AGRO 21 s.r.o. is introduced. In the next chapter, a strategic analysis is carried out, both microenvironmental and macroenvironmental analysis. The company is then examined by the internal analysis of VRIO. The company's situation is further examined using selected financial analysis ratio indicators and bankruptcy models. Based on the outputs from the theoretical and practical parts, potential strategies and their financial impacts are determined. |
