| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku digitalizace a automatizace personálních procesů za pomocí personálních informačních systémů. Teoretická část práce specifikuje klíčové pojmy v oblasti personální práce a role HR v organizaci. Zaměřuje se na pojmy spojené s digitalizací a budoucím vývojem HR a outsourcingu. Cílem diplomové práce je charakteristika nabídky komplexních HR informačních systémů na českém trhu určených k transakčním činnostem HR. Vedlejším cílem je identifikace potřeby outsourcingové společnosti a výběr vhodného personálního systému. S využitím kvalitativní a situační analýzy je proveden výběr personálních informačních systémů. Za pomocí metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování jsou doporučeny konkrétní informační systémy. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the issue of digitalization and automation of HR processes using HR information systems. The theoretical part of the thesis specifies key concepts in the field of HR work and the role of HR in the organization. It focuses on concepts related to digitalization and future development of HR and outsourcing. The aim of the thesis is to characterize the offer of complex HR information systems on the Czech market designed for transactional HR activities. A secondary aim is to identify the needs of outsourcing companies and the selection of a suitable HR system. Using qualitative and situational analysis the selection of HR information systems is made. Using the multi-criteria decision making method, specific information systems are recommended. |
