| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou krizové situace ve společnosti Mementerra s.r.o., jejím zhodnocením a návrhem budoucích opatření, včetně obecného plánu řešení krize. V práci je představen pojem krize a krizového řízení, rozdělení a rozpoznání příčin krize a její dopady a možná řešení. Následně je na základě rozhovorů se zaměstnanci společnosti a metody action research určen aktuální stav firmy, včetně konkrétních důvodů krize a použitých řešení, které vedly k úspěšně zvládnuté situaci. Na závěr je navržen návodný plán na úspěšné zvládnutí krize ve firmě. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis deals with the analysis of the crisis situation in the company Mementerra s.r.o., its evaluation and the proposal of future measures, including a general plan for solving the crisis. The thesis introduces the concept of crisis and crisis management, the division and recognition of the causes of the crisis and its impact and possible solutions. Subsequently, based on interviews with company employees and the action research method, the current state of the company is determined, including the specific reasons for the crisis and the solutions used, which led to the successful management of the situation. Finally, a guideline plan is proposed for the successful management of the crisis in the company. |
