| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu vybraných penzijních systémů - švédského, nizozemského a francouzského a posouzení jejich dlouhodobé finanční udržitelnosti na základě indikátorů S1 a S2 a také dalších čtyř parametrů, které ji ovlivňují - míry chudoby seniorů, mezery chudoby seniorů a dále především hrubého penzijního náhradového poměru a veřejných výdajů na starobní důchody. Cílem práce je vybrat jednotlivé prvky ze zkoumaných systémů, které by bylo možné aplikovat na český penzijní systém. Zpočátku jsou také zmíněny vnější i vnitřní faktory, které udržitelnost důchodových systémů ovlivňují, a základní typologie evropských důchodových systémů. To vše je shrnuto v pěti kapitolách, přičemž poslední kapitola se věnuje právě zavedení nových prvků a návrhu změn v rámci českého penzijního systému. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of chosen pension systems - Swedish, Dutch and French and the assessment of their long-term financial sustainability based on indicators S1 and S2 as well as four other parameters that influence the sustainability - the poverty rate of seniors, the poverty gap of seniors and, above all, the gross pension replacement ratio and the public expenditure on old-age pensions. The aim of the thesis is to choose individual elements from the investigated systems that could be applied to the Czech pension system. At the beginning, external and internal factors that influence the sustainability of pension systems and the basic typology of European pension systems are also mentioned. All this is summarized in five chapters, where the last one is dedicated to the introduction of new elements and proposed changes within the Czech pension system. |
