| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma interní komunikace ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat a pojmenovat slabá místa a méně efektivní procesy z pohledu zaměstnanců v rámci interní komunikace ve vývojovém útvaru společnosti. Analýzou výsledků získaných dotazníkovým šetřením, které byly doplněny informacemi z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, byla hodnocena efektivita interní komunikace. Na základě teoretických východisek, analýzy získaných dat a hodnocení výsledků výzkumu, byla navržena praktická doporučení. Hlavním přínosem této diplomové práce je poměrně snadná aplikovatelnost navržených doporučení a tím dosažení rychlého zefektivnění interní komunikace. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the topic of internal communication in a particular company. The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify and name weak points and less efficient processes from the perspective of employees within the framework of internal communication in the development department of the company. The effectiveness of internal communication was evaluated by analyzing the results obtained from the questionnaire survey, which were supplemented with information from semi-structured interviews. Based on the theoretical starting points, the analysis of the obtained data and the evaluation of the research results, practical recommendations were proposed. The main contribution of this diploma thesis is the relatively easy applicability of the proposed recommendations and thus the achievement of a rapid streamlining of internal communication. |
