| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem práce z domova na pracovní spokojenost žen. Cílem práce je zmapovat prožitky žen, které mají zkušenosti s distanční prací, a poskytnout tak hlubší porozumění faktorům, které mají vliv na jejich pracovní spokojenost. V tomto kontextu se práce blíže zaměřuje i na ženy na vedoucích pozicích. V teoretické části byla provedena literární rešerše, jejímž výstupem je formulace návrhu nového teoretického rámce této problematiky. V praktické části byla provedena analýza rozhovorů s deseti respondentkami, které využívají možnosti práce z domova. Metodou sběru dat byl polostrukturovaný rozhovor, který probíhal ve virtuální formě. Hloubková analýza dat poskytla komplexní pohled na výzvy, se kterými se musí ženy potýkat při práci z domova. Klíčovými tématy byly vliv vnímané efektivity, kvalita vztahů v organizaci a slazení osobního a pracovního života. Závěry této práce mohou sloužit k pochopení unikátnosti ženského pohledu na práci z domova. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines the the effect of working from home on women’s job satisfaction. The aim of this thesis is to map the sentiments of women who have experience with distance work and thus provide a deeper understanding of the factors that affect their job satisfacion. In this context, this work focuses more closely on women in leadership positions. In the theoretical part, a literary research was carried out, the output of which is the formulation of a proposal for a new theoretical framework of this issue. In the practical part, an analysis of interviews with ten respondents who use the possibility of working from home was carried out. The method of data collection was a semi-structured interview, which took place in a virtual form. The in-depth analysis of the data provided a comprehensive view of the challenges women face when working from home. Key topics were the influence of perceived efficiency, the quality of relationships in the organization and the reconciliation of personal and professional life. The conclusions of this work can serve to understand the uniqueness of the woman's view of working from home. |
