| Abstract: | Homeworking se v důsledku pandemie COVID-19 rozšířil po celém světě a současně je pro většinu zaměstnanců nejžádanějším benefitem. Na druhou stranu je velká řada zaměstnavatelů, kteří po uvolnění pandemických opatření nejsou naklonění zaměstnancům home office umožňovat. Taková situace se stává zdrojem napětí a nespokojenosti. Tato diplomová práce právě zkoumá takový případ. V rámci této diplomové práce analyzuji uplatnění práce z domova v podniku XYZ, který současně zažívá zvýšenou nespokojenost pracovníků s nastavením možnosti práce z domova. Hlavní cíl této diplomové práce je na základě teoretických podkladů a praktických zjištění navrhnout vhodnou formu zavedení a uplatnění práce z domova v podniku XYZ tak, aby to co nejvíc uspokojovalo potřeby jednotlivých stakeholderů. |

| Abstract: | Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, homeworking has spread all over the world and it is now the most requested benefit for most employees. On the other hand, there are a large number of employers, who after the easing of pandemic measures, are not inclined to provide employees with the option of a home office. Such a situation becomes a source of tension and dissatisfaction. This thesis analyses such case. The application of home office in the XYZ company in this diploma thesis is analyzed, which at the same time experiences increased dissatisfaction of workers with the setting of the possibility of working from home. The main goal of this diploma thesis, based on theoretical background and practical findings, is to propose a suitable form of introduction and application of working from home in the company XYZ so that it would satisfies the needs of individual stakeholders as much as possible |
