| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je objasnit problematiku oceňování nemovitostí, a především definování pojmu „zástavní hodnota“. Dále také vymezení zásad, které je potřeba dodržovat pří jejím určením a upozornění na případná rizika, která mohou stanovení zástavní hodnoty ovlivnit. Veškeré zásady pro určení zástavní hodnoty jsou následně aplikovány na ocenění konkrétní nemovitosti. |

Furthermore, a definition of the principles that need to be followed when determining it and a warning about possible risks that may affect the determination of the collateral value. All principles for determining the collateral value are applied to the valuation of concrete real estate. |
