| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma sociokulturní diverzity a inkluzi žaku na soukromé střední škole a jak to ovlivňuje práci učitelů. Teoretická část představí výsledky rešerše dostupné literatury, které pomohou lépe pochopit problematiku kultury, multikulturality, interkulturality a s tím spojené diverzity v prostředí vzdělávaní a způsoby zkoumaní této problematiky. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou průzkumu. Jeden je představen empirickým kvalitativním výzkumem formou polostrukturovaných rozhovoru s vedením, učitelkami a učiteli střední školy, následně zpracovaný metodou kódování. Druhý výzkum je kvantitativní a řeší celkové klima ve škole a spokojenost studentu v návaznosti na kulturní rozmanitost žaků. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit na přikladu střední soukromé školy jak česká škola (její vedení a učitele) řeší otázky a problémy spojené s multikulturalitou a inkluzivním vzděláváním cizinců Přínosem práce je zmapování odborných poznatků na toto téma a jejich porovnání s vlastním výzkumem zaměřeným soukromou školu v České republice. V závěru práce je shrnutí získaných poznatků a jsou zde vyvozena doporučení pro vedeni a učitele. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on socio-cultural diversity and student inclusion at a private secondary school and how it affects the work of teachers. The theoretical part will present the results of a search of the available literature, which will help better understand the issues of culture, multiculturalism, interculturality and the related diversity in the educational environment and methods of researching this issue. The practical part consists of two surveys. One is presented through empirical qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews with the management, teachers and secondary school teachers, subsequently processed using the coding method. The second research is quantitative and deals with the overall climate in the school and student satisfaction concerning the cultural diversity of the pupils. The thesis aimed to find out, using the example of a private secondary school, how the Czech school (its management and teachers) solves issues and problems related to multiculturalism and the inclusive education of foreigners. At the end of the thesis, a summary of the knowledge gained and recommendations for management and teachers. |
