| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění podniku, který se věnuje prodeji školních batohů na českém trhu k 31. prosinci 2021. Práce začíná teoretickým úvodem, následně je podnik podroben strategické a finanční analýze zakončené pojednáním o finančním zdraví. Ocenění je provedeno metodou DCF Entity a EVA, které následují po prognóze generátorů hodnot a tvorbě finančního plánu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to evaluate a company that sells school backpacks on the Czech market as of December 31, 2021. The thesis begins with a theoretical introduction, then the company is subjected to a strategic and financial analysis, ending with a discussion on financial health. Valuation is carried out using the DCF Entity and EVA methods, which follow the forecast of value generators and the creation of a financial plan. |
