| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce hodnotí transparentnost ve vybraných obcích Středočeského kraje České republiky. Cílem práce je porovnat a zhodnotit transparentnost místního poplatku za komunální odpad u dvaceti vybraných obcí ve čtyřech různých okresech. Transparentnost je hodnocena na základě sedmi zvolených kritérií a posuzovány jsou pouze informace dostupné na internetových stránkách vybraných obcí. Kritéria jsou zaměřena na poskytované informace týkající se platby místního poplatku za komunální odpad. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis evaluates transparency in selected municipalities of the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to compare and evaluate the transparency of the local municipal waste fee in twenty selected villages in four different districts. Transparency is evaluated on the basis of seven selected criteria and only information available on the websites of the selected village is assessed. The criteria focus on the information provided on the payment of the local municipal waste charge. |
