| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá prominutím daně z přidané hodnoty na respirátory vydaného Ministerstvem financí v roce 2021 z důvodu mimořádné události. V první části je toto nařízení detailně popsáno a analyzováno z právního hlediska. Je zde vysvětleno zdanění respirátorů ve standardním režimu a popsána pravidla pro pohyb zboží přes hranice. Ve druhé části této práce je provedena analýza nákladnosti tohoto nařízení, která byla vypracována na základě zkoumání importu respirátorů a odhadu jejich tržní ceny. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the exemption of value added tax on respirators issued by the Ministry of Finance in 2021 due to an exceptional event. In the first part, this regulation is described in detail and analyzed from a legal perspective. It explains the taxation of respirators under the standard regime and describes the rules for the movement of goods across borders. Finally, a cost analysis of the regulation is carried out, based on an examination of respirator imports and an estimate of their market price. |
