| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou trhu s ropou. Cílem práce je otestovat metody fundamentální a technické analýzy a jejich možnosti predikce vývoje cen na trhu s ropou. V první kapitole je představena ropa samotná, trh s ropou a faktory, které jej ovlivňující. Dále je zde nastíněna současná situace na trhu a obchodování s touto komoditou. Druhá kapitola představuje jednotlivé fundamenty a snaží se nalézt vzájemné závislosti pomocí korelační analýzy. Jsou zde představeny metody technické analýzy a jejich testování. V závěrečné kapitole je pomocí metod technické analýzy sestaven obchodní systém. Je testován na denních datech closing spot price WTI. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with analysing the oil market. The aim of this work is to test the methods of fundamental and technical analysis and their possibilities to predict future prices in the oil market. In the first chapter, oil itself is introduced, including the oil market and its influencing factors. Afterwards, the current situation in the market and trading with this commodity is introduced. The second chapter introduces individual fundamentals and tries to find mutual dependencies using correlation analysis. Subsequently, methods of technical analysis are introduced and tested. In the last chapter, the methods of technical analysis are used to create a trading system. This system is then tested on daily closing spot price WTI data. |
