| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ESG investováním. Jde o možný přístup investora při svém investičním rozhodování, kdy v průběhu alokování svých aktiv zohledňuje nefinanční ukazatel ESG. Zkratka pod sebou skrývá 3 anglická slova – environmental, social a governance. Teoretická část klade důraz na shrnutí poznatků ve formě definování základních faktorů vstupující do ESG problematiky, legislativy, vlivných iniciativ a agentur vytvářející ratingy a scoringy. Praktická část empiricky porovnává výnosnost dvou sestavených optimálních portfolií dle ESG ratingu a na základě výsledků zhodnocuje vhodnost zařazení ESG měřítka do investorova investičního rozhodování přes odpověď na stanovenou hypotézu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is about ESG investing. It is a possible approach of an investor in his investment decision-making process, when he takes into account non-financial ESG indicators during the allocation of his assets. The abbreviation hides 3 English words underneath - environmental, social and governance. The theoretical part emphasizes the summarization of findings in the form of defining the basic factors entering into ESG issues, legislation, influential initiatives and agencies creating ratings and scoring. The practical part empirically compares the profitability of two constructed optimal portfolios according to the ESG rating and, based on the results, evaluates the appropriateness of including the ESG measure in the investor's investment decision-making via the answer to the established hypothesis. |
