| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je sestavit studii proveditelnosti konkrétního investičního projektu a zhodnotit jeho ekonomickou efektivnost. Tento projekt se zabývá výstavbou bytového domu v Praze. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základy investičního rozhodování a metody používané pro zpracování studie proveditelnosti. V praktické části jsou tyto metody aplikovány na konkrétní investiční projekt a je sestavena studie proveditelnosti, obsahující zhodnocení projektu ze všech jeho realizačně významných hledisek. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to compile a feasibility study of a specific investment project and evaluate its economic efficiency. This project deals with the construction of an apartment building in Prague. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the basics of investment decision-making and the methods used for processing the feasibility study are described. In the practical part, these methods are applied to a specific investment project and a feasibility study is compiled, containing an evaluation of the project from all its implementation-important aspects. |
