| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním dvou oddělení strojírenské firmy XY v otázkách týkajících se stresových situací a přístupu k psychohygieně. Teoretická část, ke které byla provedena literární řešerše, je založena na odborné české i zahraniční literatuře k tématům stresu, stresových faktorů, únavy, duševní hygieny a prevence stresu. V praktické části byl aplikován kvalitativní výzkum, při kterém se dvě skupiny pracovníků na manažerských pozicích zúčastnily polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Odpovědi respondentů byly následně analyzovány a porovnávány mezi sebou. Cílem této práce bylo porovnat skupinu manažerů působících v administrativě se skupinou manažerů z výrobního prostředí stejné firmy XY v rámci stresových situací, stresorů, únavy a přístupu k psychohygieně. Výzkumný projekt zmapoval společné i rozdílné znaky skupin. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of two departments of the engineering company XY in issues related to stressful situations and access to mental hygiene. A literature review was conducted for the theoretical part, which is based on professional Czech and foreign literature on the topics of stress, stress factors, fatigue, mental hygiene and stress prevention. For the practical part, qualitative research was applied, during which two groups of workers in managerial positions participated in semi-structured interviews. The answers of the respondents were subsequently analyzed and compared with each other. The aim of this work was to compare a group of managers working in administration with a group of managers from the production environment of the same company XY in terms of stressful situations, stressors, fatigue and access to psychohygiene. The research project mapped the common and different characteristics of the groups. |
