| Abstract: | Možnost vykonávat práci bez nutnosti fyzické přítomnosti s sebou přináší možnosti, které mění pohled na pracovní činnost jako takovou. Pracovní pozice v IT jsou často ze své podstaty lépe přizpůsobeny pro práci na dálku, mohou nově plně využít potenciál světového trhu, které pro uchazeče zároveň kladou zvýšené nároky na odbornost a vyšší míru specializace. Kromě náplně jednotlivých pracovníků se mění také celkový způsob výkonu práce prostřednictvím online komunikace, která umožňuje komunikovat asynchronně. Zmíněná komunikace tlumí potřebu pevně dané pracovní doby, čímž umožňuje stírat rozhraní mezi soukromým a pracovním životem, jehož vymezení závisí hlavně na pracovníkovi. Plné abstrahování prostorové a částečně časové přítomnosti přináší i výzvy, které je třeba nově řešit. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat dopad jednotlivých faktorů na pracovní činnost, její náplň a vnímání její důležitosti v životě jednotlivce. |

| Abstract: | The ability to do work without the need for physical presence brings with it opportunities that change the way we view work activity itself. IT jobs are often inherently better suited to remote working, they can newly exploit the full potential of a global marketplace that also places increased demands on candidates for expertise and a higher degree of specialisation. In addition to the job responsibilities of individual employees, the overall way in which work is performed is also changing through online communication, which allows for asynchronous communication. This communication dampens the need for fixed working hours, thus making it possible to blur the interface between private and working life, the definition of which depends mainly on the worker. The full abstraction of spatial and partly temporal presence also brings new challenges that need to be addressed. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the impact of different factors on work activity, its content and the perception of its importance in the life of the individual. |
