| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zkoumá, jaké kompetence získávají absolventi studijních programů na ruských vysokých školách vyučujících sociální informatiku, a porovnává je s požadavky zaměstnavatelů v Rusku. Pro zjištění nabytých kompetencí byla provedena rozsáhlá analýza dokumentů vysokých škol v Rusku s programem obsahující předmět sociální informatika. Z ní vyplynulo, že sociální informatiku obsahují programy sociologie, sociální práce (sociální obory) a aplikovaná informatika (informatický obor). Celkem bylo takto identifikováno 300 vysokých škol. Analýza nabytých kompetencí absolventů byla provedena na základě studijních plánů, povinné literatury a deklarovaných dovedností získaných absolvováním předmětu. Výsledky této analýzy byly následně porovnány s požadavky na IT pozice, které byly uvedeny v profesním výzkumu největšího náborovém portálu v Rusku. Byl také zkoumán význam vysokoškolského vzdělávání při výběru zaměstnanců a úroveň konkurence na trhu práce v Moskvě a ostatních regionech Ruské federace. Výsledky zkoumání ukázaly, že předmět sociální informatika pomáhá studentům sociálních oborů rozvíjet technické i sociální kompetence, jako jsou znalost programovacích jazyků, schopnost pracovat s databázemi a schopnost využívat statistické údaje ke zvýšení efektivity v sociální oblasti. V případě programu aplikovaná informatika je cílem kurzu sociální informatiky rozvíjet u studentů kompetence pro týmovou spolupráci. Všechny tyto kompetence jsou dle analýzy velmi žádané mezi zaměstnavateli. Analýza dále ukázala, že absolventi sociálních oborů považují za nedostatečné znalosti normativně právních informací v oblasti informačního práva. Je tedy potřeba zavést studium informačního práva v rámci kurzu sociální informatiky. Tato oblast sociální informatiky pomůže studentům rozvíjet kompetence potřebné k analýze a aplikace právních informací. |

| Abstract: | The thesis examines what competences graduates of degree programmes at Russian universities teaching social informatics acquire and compares them with the requirements of employers in Russia. To determine the acquired competencies, an extensive analysis of documents of universities in Russia with a program containing the subject of social informatics was conducted. It showed that social informatics is contained in the programmes of sociology, social work (social studies) and applied informatics (computer science). In total, 300 universities were identified in this way. An analysis of the acquired competencies of the graduates was conducted based on the curricula, required literature, and declared skills acquired by taking the course. The results of this analysis were then compared with the requirements for IT positions as listed in the career research of the largest recruitment portal in Russia. The importance of higher education in the selection of employees and the level of competition in the labour market in Moscow and other regions of the Russian Federation was also examined. The results of the research showed that the subject of social informatics helps students of the social studies to develop technical and social competences such as knowledge of programming languages, ability to work with databases and ability to use statistical data to increase efficiency in the social sphere. In the case of the applied informatics programme, the aim of the social informatics course is to develop students' competences for teamwork. According to the analysis, all these competences are in high demand among employers. The analysis also showed that graduates of social informatics courses consider their knowledge of normative legal information in the field of information law to be insufficient. Therefore, there is a need to introduce the study of information law within the social informatics course. This area of social informatics will help students develop the competencies needed to analyse and apply legal information. |
