| Abstract: | S ohledem na současné rozšiřování oblíbenosti agilního přístupu, není očekáván upadající trend v oblasti agilních transformací podniků. Naopak je očekáváno další rozšiřování tohoto přístupu a různé jeho modifikace pro dosažení co nejefektivnější spolupráce. Ať už se zákazníkem nebo v rámci společnosti. Jednou z takových modifikací je i právě DevOps, které dále rozšiřuje možnosti užší spolupráce a posouvá hranice flexibility o stupeň dále. Od doby prvních agilních principů na agilním manifestu, uplynula dlouhá doba a neustále se začíná objevovat v dalších metodikách nebo standardech jako je třeba ITILv4 a jiné. Proto je považován za obrovskou příležitost pro podniky, které hledají cestu ke zlepšení, a výhodu před konkurencí. Pro podniky je to však velice radikální a riskantní změna, dotýkajících se všech oblastí. Proto není vhodná pro všechny společnosti a negarantuje úspěch. Z tohoto důvodu bylo autorem vybráno téma „ZAVEDENÍ VYBRANÝCH PRAKTIK ŘÍZENÍ IT VČ. DEVOPS V REÁLNÉM PODNIKU“, které si klade za cíl zajistit a naplánovat transformaci vybraného segmentu společnosti, s využitím vybraných praktik Agile, DevOps a ITIL, za účelem co nejrychlejšího a nejkvalitnějšího dodání služby ke spokojenosti zákazníka. S tím i související zefektivnění práce, procesů a koordinace zaměstnanců. Po teoretickém úvodu vybraných praktik a seznámení s vybranou společností, je představeno a navrhnuto řešení, které umožňuje podnikům nastínit vybranou problematiku. Jakým způsobem je možné praktiky zavést a zároveň upozornit na choulostivé otázky s tím spojené. Jakých všech oblastí se změny týkají a z jakých úhlů je nutno na problematiku nahlížet před samotnou implementací. Z tohoto důvodu jsou nejdříve definovány požadavky a očekávání, která jsou následována analýzou, jak vybraná společnost funguje, jaké jsou její hodnoty a principy, kultura a jaké jsou její technologické možnosti. Až na základě toho je navrhnuto řešení, které odpovídá potřebám konkrétně vybrané společnosti a jejím definovaným požadavkům. |

| Abstract: | With regard to the current expansion of the popularity of the agile approach, a declining trend in the field of agile transformations of enterprises is not expected. On the contrary, further expansion of this approach and its various modifications are expected to achieve the most effective cooperation. Either with a customer or within the company. One such modification is DevOps, which further expands the possibilities of closer cooperation and pushes the boundaries of flexibility one step further. Since the time of the first agile principles on the agile manifesto, a long time has passed and it is constantly starting to appear in other methodologies or standards such as ITILv4 and others. Therefore, it is considered a huge opportunity for businesses that are looking for a way to improve and an advantage over the competition. However, it is a very radical and risky change for businesses, affecting all areas. Therefore, it is not suitable for all companies and does not guarantee success. For this reason, the author chose the topic "IMPLEMENTATION OF SELECTED IT MANAGEMENT PRACTICES INCL. DEVOPS IN A REAL BUSINESS", which aims to ensure and plan the transformation of a selected segment of the company, using selected Agile, DevOps and ITIL practices, in order to deliver the fastest and highest quality service to customer satisfaction. With this, the related streamlining of work, processes and coordination of employees. After a theoretical introduction to the selected practices and familiarization with the selected company, a solution is presented and proposed, which enables companies to outline the selected issue. In what way is it possible to introduce practices and at the same time draw attention to the delicate issues associated with it. What areas are affected by the changes and from what angles must the issue be viewed before the actual implementation. For this reason, the requirements and expectations are first defined, which are followed by an analysis of how the selected company works, what are its values and principles, culture and what are its technological possibilities. It is only on this basis that a solution is proposed that meets the needs of a specifically selected company and its defined requirements. |
