| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce popisuje a vysvětluje fungování a důležitost automobilového průmyslu v České republice i v mezinárodním kontextu. Dále definuje problémy, kterým v současné době toto průmyslové odvětví čelí a které do roku 2031 očekává. V praktické části jsou tyto základní problémy, formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, konfrontovány se zástupci čtyř předních automobilek, provozujících svůj výrobní závod na území České republiky a porovnávány s reálnou situací. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis describes and explains the functioning and importance of the automotive industry in the Czech Republic and in the international context. It also defines the problems that the industry is currently facing and which it expects to face in 2031. In the practical part, these basic problems are confronted in the form of a semi-structured interview with representatives of four leading automotive companies operating their production plant in the Czech Republic and compared with the real situation. |
