| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce řeší neformální platby ve zdravotnictví. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda občané dokážou správně rozlišovat druhy neformálních plateb v oblasti zdravotnictví České republiky a jejich postoj vůči nim. Zároveň se práce zabývá zjištěním, zda mají tyto platby vliv na kvalitu poskytované péče a zda je jejich přítomnost závislá na zdravotním stavu pacientů. Součástí práce je celkový pohled do českého zdravotnictví se zaměřením na důvody existence korupce a neformálních plateb. K naplnění cílů práce bylo použito vlastní dotazníkové šetření (n=278) společně se statistickým vyhodnocením. Výsledky mimo jiné dokazují, že postoj občanů k neformálním platbám se odvíjí podle toho, z jakého důvodu si myslí, že se ve zdravotnictví tyto platby vyskytují. |

| Abstract: | This thesis addresses informal payments in the health sector. The aim was to find out if citizens could correctly distinguish the types of informal payments in the healthcare sof the Czech Republic and their attitude towards them. At the same time, the thesis is concerned with finding out whether these payments have an impact on the quality of care provided and whether their presence depends on patient’s health. The thesis includes an overall view of the Czech health-care system, focusing on the reasons for the existence of corruption and informal payments. In order to fulfil the objectives of the thesis, a self-administered questionnaire survey (n=278) was used together with statistical evaluation. The results show, among other things, that people's attitudes towards informal payments depend on the reason they think they occur in health care. |
