| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl shrnout a popsat nabídku a potenciál pop-up restaurací v České republice se zaměřením na Prahu. Porovnává vybraná gastronomická zařízení a také komentuje názory spotřebitelů. Teoretická část poskytuje doplňující informace o trendech v moderní gastronomii a vysvětluje pojem pop-up. Práce také popisuje historii tohoto trendu. Přidává mnoho příkladů podniků nejen z České republiky, ale i ze zahraničí. V neposlední řadě práce popisuje a komentuje výsledky výzkumu spotřebitelského vnímání, který byl proveden dotazníkovou metodou. Tyto data slouží jako důležitý zdroj pro SWOT analýzu a závěr práce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to summarize and clarify the offer and the potential of pop-up restaurants in the Czech republic, especially in Prague. It compares chosen gastronomical facilities and also discusses reports given by consumers. Theoretical part provides additional information about trends in modern gastronomy and explains, what does the term pop-up mean. The thesis also describes the history of the pop-up trend. It shows high number of examples, not only from the Czech republic but even from foreign countries. Last but not least, the thesis explains and comments results of the consumer perception research, which has been collected via questionnaire. Those data is an important input for SWOT analysis and the conclusion |
