| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá dvěma klíčovými dokumenty v oblasti námořní a letecké mezinárodní logistiky. Zrychlující tempo změn v mezinárodním obchodě mění zažité používání těchto dokumentů, které jsou založené na úmluvách z minulého století. Cílem práce je porovnat použití dvou přepravních dokumentů - náložného listu a leteckého nákladního listu - z hlediska platné legislativy vzhledem k aktuální praxi z pohledu dvou nadnárodním přepravních společností a zjistit případné odchylky. Tohoto cíle je dosaženo na základě rešerše odborné literatury a platné legislativy a konzultací s manažery dvou společností, kteří mají dlouholeté zkušenosti s příslušnými dokumenty. Výsledkem práce je zjištěno, že neexistují odchylky mezi platnou legislativou a reálným použitím, nýbrž existuje širší škála problematických oblastí, které se vážou k jednotlivým společnostem a jejich vnitřním procesům. Do toho spadá i velmi diskutovaná oblast elektronizace těchto dokumentů. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with two key documents in the field of maritime and aviation international logistics. The accelerating pace of change in international trade is changing the established use of these documents, which are based on conventions from the last century. The aim of the thesis is to compare the use of the two shipping documents - the Bill of Lading and the Air Waybill - in terms of current legislation against current practice from the perspective of two multinational shipping companies and to identify any possible deviations. This objective is achieved on the basis of a literature search and current legislation and consultations with managers of the two companies who have many years of experience with the relevant documents. As a result of the work, it is found that there are no deviations between the current legislation and the actual application, but that there is a wider range of problematic areas related to the individual companies and their internal processes. This includes the much debated area of digitization of these documents. |
