| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá důvody růstu ženského podnikání v letech 2010-2020. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikace důvodů, proč ženy více samy zakládají společnosti a zhodnocení, ve kterých oborech ženy podnikají nejvíce. V teoretické části práce je vymezena historie ženského podnikání a vyvíjející se podnikatelské trendy související s důvody růstu ženského podnikání. V praktické části práce je prostřednictvím metodiky dotazníkového šetření zkoumáno, z jakých důvodů ženy zakládají společnosti, v jakých odvětví a co vnímají jako překážky. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the reasons for the growth of female-founded businesses in the years 2010-2020. The main goal of the work is the identification of the reasons why women are more likely to start companies themselves in recent years and to assess which fields of business women are most active in. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the history of women's entrepreneurship and developing business trends related to the reasons of the growth of women's entrepreneurship are defined. In the practical part of the work, the reasons for which women start companies, in which industries and what they perceive as obstacles are investigated through the methodology of a questionnaire survey. |
