| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice vlivu Brexitu na právní úpravu vývozu do Velké Británie. Cílem práce je charakterizovat právní úpravu vývozu do Spojeného království po Brexitu, včetně identifikace podstatných změn a nových podmínek pro společný obchod, v porovnání s předchozím vztahem, kdy Spojené království bylo členskou zemí EU. V práci jsem se věnovala dvěma dohodám, které upravují vývoz zboží do Spojeného království po Brexitu, zaměřila se na nastalé změny z těchto dohod vyplývající a práci doplnila uvedením specifik vývozu licencovaného zboží. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the impact of Brexit on the legal regulation of exports to Great Britain. The aim of the thesis is to characterize the legal regulation of exports to the United Kingdom after Brexit, including the identification of significant changes and new conditions for joint trade, compared to the previous relationship when the United Kingdom was a member state of the EU. In my diploma thesis, I focused on two agreements that regulate the export of goods to the United Kingdom after Brexit, focused on the changes resulting from these agreements, and supplemented the work by specifying the specifics of the export of licensed goods. |
