| Abstract: | Bezpečnost je podstatným faktorem v každé organizaci, zajištění jejího zabezpečení je důležitou součástí jejího celkového chodu a fungování. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou informační bezpečnosti v konkrétní organizaci. Cílem práce je tedy analyzovat aktuální situaci ve vybrané firmě a následně navrhnout možná vylepšení jejího bezpečnostního systému. Autor v práci identifikuje potencionálně zranitelná místa v organizaci a ke všem těmto potencionálním rizikům navrhuje konkrétní opatření. V práci jsou popsána vybraná témata fyzické bezpečnosti, jakými jsou bezpečnostní dveře, ochranka, elektronické přístupové systémy a šifrování dat. Další část řeší digitální bezpečnost, ve které se práce věnuje především firewallu, VPN a autentizaci. Tuto část práce zakončuje sociální bezpečnost, kde jsou popsány pojmy jako Shadow IT a sociální inženýrství. Poté následují bezpečnostní doporučení pro konkrétní organizaci na základě analýzy aktuální situace a následné navrhnutí adekvátních opatření. Výstupem této práce je celkově sedm návrhů pro navýšení úrovně bezpečnosti vybrané firmy. |

| Abstract: | Security plays an important role in any organization, therefore ensuring its security is an essential part of its overall operation and functioning. This bachelor's thesis is dedicated to the analysis of information security of a specific organization. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the current situation in the selected company and then propose possible solutions on how to improve its security system. In this thesis, the author identifies potentially vulnerable places of the organization and afterwards proposes specific security measures to lower the risks they represent. The thesis introduces some of the selected topics of physical security such as security doors, security guards, electronic access systems and data encryption. The next part deals with digital security, in which the work mainly focuses on firewall, VPN and authentication. This part of the work ends with social security, where concepts such as Shadow IT and social engineering are described. All is followed by security recommendations for a specific organization based on the analysis of its current situation, with propositions of adequate security solutions. The output of this work is a total of seven proposals for increasing the level of security of the selected company. |
