| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá populární karetní hrou poker z pohledu teorie her. Cílem této práce je hledání optimální strategie pro hráče pokeru. Tato strategie by měla být výnosná z dlouhodobého hlediska a přispívat k kladné míře vítězství. Práce je rozdělena do tři částí. První část je teoretická a obsahuje informace ohledně teorie her se základními pojmy, které budou použité v dalších kapitolách. Druhá část je také teoretická, ale má už za úkol vysvětlit samotnou hru poker a její základní pravidla. Ve finální, třetí části, se čtenář seznámí s programem pro hledáni optimálních strategií. Bude zde provedena analýza pokerové strategie a navržena optimální strategie pro hru Texas Hold’em s 8 hráči za stolem. Na závěr tato kapitola porovná předloženou optimalní strategie a hru bez použití strategie pomocí programování v R. Pro celkovou analýzu ziskovosti strategie bylo odehráno 87 000 her. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the popular card game named poker from the perspective of game theory. The aim of this work is to find an optimal strategy for poker players. This strategy should be profitable from the long-term perspective and must lead to a positive win rate. This work has been divided into three parts. The very first part is theoretical and contains game theory information with the basic concepts, which will be used in the upcoming sections. The second part is theoretical as well, but aims to explain the poker itself with its basic rules. In the final part, the reader will become acquainted with the application for finding an optimal strategy. This part will include an analysis of the poker strategy and an optimal strategy will be proposed for the game Texas Hold’em with 8 players on board. The last part will compare both optimal and non-optimal strategies using programming in R. For the analysis of strategy profitability, 87000 games were played. |
