| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu manažerských kompetencí. Cílem dané práce je prozkoumat vliv pandemické krize na změny v požadovaných kompetencích projektových manažerů působících ve sféře infomačních a komunikačních technologií. Teoretická část práce představuje vybrané teorie manažerských kompetencí a shrnuje pojmy a poznatky z oblasti manažerských kompetencí. Představuje i problematiku projektového managementů, kompetencí projektových manažerů a fungování oblasti projektového managementu během a po COVID – 19. Těžištěm je praktická část, která zahrnuje kvalitativní výzkum uskutečněný prostřednictvím hloubkových polostandardizovaných rozhovorů a interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy. Práce tak rozšiřuje dosavadní pohled na kompetence projektových manažerů a poskytuje nový pohled na vliv pandemie COVID – 19 na požadované kompetence. Výzkum přináší komplexní pohled na zkoumanou problematiku a prostřednictvím diskuze shrnuje hlavní praktická zjištění a jejich propojení s teoretickými poznatky. |

| Abstract: | Master’s thesis focuses on the topic of managerial competences. The main goal of this thesis is to examine the impact of the pandemic crisis on changes in the required competencies of project managers operating in the field of information and communication technologies. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces selected theories of managerial competences and summarizes concepts and findings from the field of managerial competences. It also presents the issue of project management, the competencies of project managers and the functioning of the field of project management during and after COVID-19. The main emphasis of this thesis lies in the empirical part, which includes qualitative research carried out through in-depth semi- standardized interviews and interpretive phenomenological analysis. The thesis thus expands the current view on the competencies of project managers and provides a new perspective on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the required competencies. The research provides a comprehensive understanding of the investigated issue and, through a discussion, summarizes the main practical findings and their connection with theoretical findings. |
