| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací chatbota pro finančního poradce. Chatbot slouží poradci pro akvizici klientů a potencionálním klientům nabízí informace o finančním trhu a cenné rady, jak s financemi pracovat, jak ochránit majetek a jak si zajistit budoucí příjmy. Za tímto cílem je v práci nejprve zpracována analýza požadavků formou brainstormingu, dotazníků a rozhovoru. Výsledkem analýzy požadavků jsou požadované funkce chatbota. Dále je provedena analýza trhu platforem pro tvorbu chatbotů, na základě které je proveden výběr nejvhodnější platformy pro cíl této práce. Dle požadavků je proveden návrh a následná implementace na vybrané platformě. Výsledkem práce je nasazený chatbot na webových stránkách poradce. Jeho provoz bude dále monitorován a získaná data budou využita k dalšímu zdokonalování. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a chatbot for a financial advisor. The chatbot serves to an advisor for client acquisition and for potential clients offers informations about the financial market and valuable advice on how to work with finances, how to protect assets and how to secure future income. To achieve this goal, the work first analyzes the requirements in the form of brainstorming, questionnaires and interviews. The result of the requirements analysis is the required chatbot functions. Furthermore, an analysis of the market of platforms for the creation of chatbots is carried out, on the basis of which the most suitable platform for the purpose of this work is selected. According to the requirements, the design and implementation on the selected platform is carried out. The result of the work is a deployed chatbot on the advisor's website. Its operation will be further monitored and the data obtained will be used for further improvement. |
