| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem generační obměny na rodinné zemědělské farmě. Subjektem kvalitativního výzkumu je farma v Olomouckém kraji a čtyři členové rodiny. Proces předávání nástupnictví byl urychlen vážnou dopravní nehodou zakladatele, nicméně z legislativní stránky proces stále není dodnes ukončen. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Cílem práce byl návrh doporučení pro plynulé dokončení předávání nástupnictví a diagram faktorů ovlivňujících úspěšnou mezigenerační obměnu. Doporučení se zaměřují především na zlepšení komunikace mezi všemi členy angažovanými na farmě, jasné definování priorit a řádné odměňování všech zaměstnanců. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis deals with the process of passing on the family farm from one generation to the next. The subject of the qualitative research is a farm in the Olomouc region and four family members. The process of succession was interrupted by a serious traffic accident of the founder, however, from the legislative point of view the process is still not completed. The research was conducted using semi-structured interviews. The aim of the study was to propose recommendations for the smooth completion of the succession handover and a diagram of factors affecting successful intergenerational turnover. The recommendations are focused primarily on improving communication between all members involved in the farm, clearly defining priorities and properly rewarding all employees. |
