| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je stanovit tržní hodnotu podniku ETA, a.s. k 1. 1. 2021. Za tímto účelem je zpracována strategická analýza, finanční analýza a finanční plán, který vychází z analýzy generátorů hodnoty. Hodnota podniku je stanovena pomocí metody DCF entity s využitím parametrického vzorce. Vedlejší ocenění představuje metoda tržního porovnání, konkrétně metoda odvětvových násobitelů. Hodnota získaná výnosovým oceněním je navíc porovnána s účetní hodnotou vlastního kapitálu podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master’s thesis is to determine the market value of the ETA, a.s. as at 1st January 2021. For this purpose, a strategic analysis, a financial analysis is drawn up and so is a financial plan that is based on the analysis of the value generators. The value of the company is assessed by DCF entity method while using the parametric formula. The market comparison, specifically the sector multiplier method, has been chosen as an alternative approach. The value got by DCF entity is also compared with the book value of the company’s equity. |
