| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro založení start-upu Supplemelts, který nabízí doplňky stravy ve formě orodispergovatelného filmu. Podnikatelský plán slouží k posouzení realizovatelnosti a smysluplnosti projektu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Část teoretická vymezuje základní pojmy podnikání, shrnuje možnosti financování start-upu a představuje strukturu a obsah podnikatelského plánu. Část praktická aplikuje poznatky z teoretické části a je sestaven reálný návrh podnikatelského plánu. To zahrnuje popis produktu, analýzu trhu, personální zabezpečení, marketingový mix, finanční plán, analýzu rizik a byznys model. Zjištěné poznatky jsou následně vyhodnoceny v závěru práce. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a business plan to launch a start-up Supplemelts, which offers food supplements in the form of orodispersible film. The business plan is used to evaluate the feasibility and sensibility of the project. The thesis is consists of theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of entrepreneurship, summarizes the financing options for a start-up and describes the structure and content of the business plan. The practical part applies the knowledge from the theoretical part and the business plan is compiled. This includes product description, market analysis, staffing, marketing mix, financial plan, risk analysis and business model. The findings are then evaluated in the conclusion of the thesis. |
