| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o digitalizaci vedení restaurace. Hlavním cílem práce je pomoci společnosti Storyous, poskytovateli pokladního systému pro restaurace, zvýšit prodejnost balíčku funkcí digitalizujících skladové hospodářství. V rámci práce byla provedena analýza konkurenčních pokladních systémů a rozsah jimi nabízených funkcí. Poté byl zjišťován přístup českých gastropodniků k digitalizaci. Dále byly vypracovány případové studie popisující výhody a přínosy využívání digitalizace v gastropodnicích. Závěrem práce je navržení zavedení služby management consultingu pro gastropodniky, pomocí kterého se nejen zvýší prodejnost balíčku funkcí skladového hospodářství, ale i úroveň manažerského vzdělání mezi vedoucími pracovníky těchto podniků. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is about the digitalization of restaurant management. Its main aim is to help Storyous company, one of the ePOS providers for gastroservices in Czechia, to increase the marketability of a package digitizing warehouse management functions. Within the framework of the thesis, an analysis of the competing ePOS systems and the range of features they offer was made. Secondly, the approach of Czech gastroenterprises to digitalization was surveyed. Along with that, case studies describing the advantages and benefits of using digitalization in gastroenterprises were elaborated. The conclusion of the thesis is a proposal for the introduction of a management consulting service for gastropreneurs, which will not only increase the marketability of the warehouse management function package, but also the level of management education among managers of these enterprises. |
