| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je definovat specifika finančního managementu neziskových organizací a jak se liší, pokud mají formu neziskové nebo ziskové organizace s užším zaměřením na neziskovou organizaci TC R.A.K. Teoretická část popisuje teorii finančního managementu neziskových organizací a porovnání, v čem se liší od finančního managementu v ziskovém sektoru. V praktické části je následně rozebrán rozhovor k případové studii. Jako výzkumná metoda byl použit přístup kvalitativního výzkumu formou případové studie. Výsledkem práce je, že tanečních NNO je přibližně desetkrát více než ziskových. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to define the specifics of financial management of non-profit organizations and how they differ if they have the form of a non-profit or for-profit organization with a narrower focus on the non-profit organization TC R.A.K. The theoretical part describes the theory of financial management of non-profit organizations and a comparison of how it differs from financial management in the for-profit sector. In the practical part, the interview for the case study is then analyzed. A qualitative research approach in the form of a case study was used as a research method. The result of the work is that there are approximately ten times more dance non-profit organizations than profit organizations. |
