| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem odměňování zaměstnanců, jeho transparentností a efektivností z hlediska pracovní motivace. V analytické části práce je představena zkoumaná společnost, kde je provedena analýza stávajícího odměňování. Dále jsou zde představeny výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo mezi zaměstnanci zkoumané společnosti. Dotazník je zaměřen na spokojenost zaměstnanců se způsobem odměňování v podniku. Cílem práce je charakteristika způsobu odměňování a návrh na jeho změnu na základě dotazníkového šetření. Tyto změny by měly vést ke zvýšení motivace a tím i kvality výkonu zaměstnanců. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the employee remuneration system, its transparency and effectiveness in terms of motivation. In the analytical part of the thesis, the company under analysis of the remuneration system is carried out. Furthermore, in the practical part are also presented results of a research focused on employee’s satisfaction with the remuneration system in the company. The purpose of this thesis is the characteristics of the remuneration method and proposal for its change based on the questionnaire survey. These changes should lead to an increase in motivation and the quality of employee performance. |
