| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá managementem projektování elektrických vedení v organizaci podnikající v tomto odvětví. Práce je zaměřena na nastavení optimalizačních procesů pro řízení projekčních činností v divizi projekce sledované organizace. Jsou zpracována data minulých projekčních zakázek a pomocí nich je změřena a vyhodnocena produktivita práce úseku projekce. V práci je provedena také finanční analýza samotného úseku i celého podniku a dále jsou zanalyzovány současné procesy projektování. Na základě provedené analýzy současného stavu jsou identifikovány slabá místa v procesu projektování. Na závěr jsou navrhnuty doporučení pro zvýšení produktivity práce zaměstnanců i celého úseku s cílem zvýšit zisk divize až o miliony korun českých. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis deals with the management of power line design in an organization operating in this sector. The thesis is focused on setting up optimization processes for the management of design activities in the design division of the organization under study. The data of past design orders are processed and the productivity of the design department is measured and evaluated using this data. A financial analysis of the department itself and of the whole company is also performed and the current design processes are analysed. Based on the analysis of the current state, the weak points in the designing process are identified. Finally, recommendations are proposed to increase the work productivity of employees and the entire division with the aim of increasing the division's profit by up to millions of Czech crowns. |
