| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací plynulosti toku zboží ve vietnamské rodinné společnosti Centrum PH, která se zabývá maloobchodním a zároveň velkoobchodním prodejem. Cílem bylo zlepšit využití skladových prostor a snížit pracovní zátěž zaměstnanců. V práci jsou popsány důvody, proč ne vždy lze přejít na efektivnější tok zboží. V závěru byly shrnuty výsledky implementace skladového řízení a možné další kroky ke zlepšení fungování firmy. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the optimization of the flow of goods in a Vietnamese family-owned company, Centrum PH, which is both a retailer and wholesaler. The objective was to improve the utilization of warehouse space and reduce the workload of employees. The paper describes the reasons why it is not always possible to switch to a more efficient flow of goods. Finally, the results of the warehouse management implementation and possible next steps to improve the company's operations were summarized. |
