Abstract: | The target of the study is PJSC "Magnit" which offers its services on the territory of the Russian Federation, namely, a retail chain that specializes in food products. The purpose of the bachelor's thesis is to study the main methods of analysis, which will be described in the theoretical part, and their application in the practical part of the work. The analysis of internal and external environment of the enterprise, market segmentation, assessment of internal resources, financial performance and comparison with competitors will be carried out. On the basis of the analysis recommendations will be formed, which will help to increase the market share and improve the reputation |
