| Abstract: | Diplomová práce popisuje téma společenské odpovědnosti firem (CSR) a jednotlivé praktiky, které jsou v podnikovém prostředí využívány. Teoretická část představuje koncept CSR a udržitelnosti a obsahuje způsoby jejich implementace a hodnocení. Část práce je také věnována specifikům CSR v rámci pivovarnického průmyslu. Praktická část se věnuje tematické analýze CSR reportů společností Plzeňský Prazdroj, Pivovary Staropramen a Heineken. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty zjištěné poznatky a je odpovězeno na výzkumné otázky. |

| Abstract: | The thesis describes the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and individual practices that are used in the corporate environment. The theoretical part introduces the concept of CSR and sustainability and includes ways of their implementation and evaluation. Part of the thesis is also devoted to the specifics of CSR within the brewing industry. The practical part is devoted to thematic analysis of CSR reports of Plzeňský Prazdroj, Pivovary Staropramen and Heineken. The thesis concludes with a summary of the findings and answers the research questions. |
