| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast motivace trenérů v rámci vybrané sportovní organizace a dále na trenérské volené přístupy při tréninku svěřenců. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké motivační faktory vedou k trénování vybraného sportu a následně, jaké přístupy uplatňují trenéři při trénování a koučování svěřenců. K potvrzení cíle práce byly stanoveny výzkumné otázky. Teoretická část vychází z literární rešerše, která definuje základní pojmy pro zkoumanou oblast a shrnuje informace ohledně dobrovolnictví, motivace a typologie osobnosti. Všechny uvedené oblasti jsou blíže specifikovány i pro sportovní sektor. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje sportovním klubům a jejich organizačním podmínkám. Praktická část se vyznačuje provedením kvalitativního výzkumu formou hloubkových rozhovorů s respondentkami z vybrané sportovní organizace. Na základě výsledků výzkumu jsou stanovena doporučení pro zkoumaný klub. Závěr diplomové práce shrnuje veškeré zjištěné informace a odpovídá na výzkumné otázky. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on the area of motivation of coaches in a selected sports organization and on the coach's chosen approaches in the training of the charges. The aim of the thesis is to find out what motivational factors lead to train the chosen sport and, subsequently, what approaches the coaches apply when they are training and coaching their charges. Research questions were established to confirm the aim of the work. The theoretical part is based on a literature search that defines the basic terms for the researched area and summarizes information regarding volunteering, motivation, and personality typology. All the mentioned areas are also specified in more detail for the sports sector. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to sports clubs and their organizational conditions. The practical part is characterized by conducting qualitative research in the form of in-depth interviews with respondents from a selected sports organization. Based on the results of the research, recommendations are made for the investigated club. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes all the information found and answers the research questions. |
