| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sdílenou ekonomikou a jejím vlivem na ekonomiku České republiky v prostřednictvím společností Airbnb a Anytime. Sdílená ekonomika umožňuje jednotlivcům a firmám pronajímat, sdílet nebo obchodovat s majetkem a službami prostřednictvím online platforem. Sdílená ekonomika se stala populární především u generací X a Y díky výhodám, které spotřebitelům přináší. V práci je nejprve představen pojem sdílená ekonomika, její formy a sektory. Následně se práce soustředí na velikost sdílené ekonomiky ve světě. Dále je analyzována společnost Airbnb a její vliv na ekonomiku České republiky včetně její SWOT analýzy. V poslední části diplomové práce je proveden polostrukturovaný rozhovor s výkonným ředitelem společnosti Anytime. Dále je tato společnost analyzována a je zjišťován její vliv na ekonomiku České republiky. Na konci kapitoly je vytvořena SWOT analýza společnosti Anytime. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the sharing economy and its impact on the Czech economy through Airbnb and Anytime. The sharing economy allows individuals and companies to rent, share or trade property and services through online platforms. The sharing economy has become particularly popular with Generations X and Y due to the benefits it brings to consumers. This paper first introduces the concept of sharing economy, its forms and sectors. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the size of the sharing economy in the world. Next, the Airbnb company and its impact on the economy of the Czech Republic is analysed, including its SWOT analysis. In the last part of the thesis, a semi-structured interview with the CEO of Anytime is conducted. Furthermore, this company is analyzed and its impact on the Czech economy is determined. Finally, a SWOT analysis of the company is conducted. |
